Not a whole lot to report at our house - just taking it easy and laying around the house, anxiously waiting to meet Jillian. I had a Dr appt last week that went well; my blood pressure had leveled out, but was still hoovering around the borderline of too high. But the Dr felt that taking it easy was working!
I go in again Friday for another appt and another sonogram. I can NOT believe that I'm almost 38 weeks - only a couple more weeks!! We can not wait to meet little Jillian.... each day that passes gets us more and more anxious.
Laying around has turned out to not be too bad. I had quite a few visitors last week - thankfully!! Caitlin came over Sunday with her little puppy. Kristen came over Monday with her adorable 7 week old Sutton (who is SO well behaved!) and she let me feed him a bottle. Cherie, Darrell, Devin & Dane were in town visiting from Oregon and they stopped by Tuesday night. I had never met her 7 month old twins before - and I fell IN LOVE! They were so happy, playful, and content - not once in 3 hours did they ever cry! Seeing such well behaved babies really makes me hope that Jillian will follow their lead. Then Wednesday Kristen came over to visit; she unfortunately didnt bring her twins, but hopefully soon I can finally meet Jones and London! Kristen and I shared being pregnant together, which was so fun since she was about 5 weeks ahead of me. It was so good seeing her again and catching up, since both our lives have been crazy with her twins finally coming home and me confined to the house.
So that about wraps it up for me. I'm washing Jillian's clothes, packing our hospital bag, organizing and just flat out nesting. Jeff is being so patient with my nesting and helping me so much.... thank goodness!
